PRAUNTY TRADEMART is committed to ensuring that PRAUNTY TRADEMART is accessible to all users, including those with disabilities. This Accessibility Statement outlines our approach and ongoing efforts.
1. Our Commitment
We are committed to making the Website accessible, targeting conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. We implement semantic HTML, keyboard navigation, visible focus states, screen-reader-compatible labels, and sufficient colour contrast ratios throughout the Website.
2. Accessibility Features
The Website includes the following accessibility features: (a) a skip-to-content link for keyboard and screen-reader users; (b) semantic heading structure (h1, h2, h3) for easy navigation; (c) ARIA labels for interactive elements; (d) keyboard-accessible forms, menus, and modals; (e) visible focus indicators for all interactive elements; (f) alt text for product and content images; (g) support for screen readers such as NVDA, JAWS, and VoiceOver; (h) reduced-motion support for users who prefer minimal animation.
3. Ongoing Improvements
Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We continually review and test the Website to identify and remove barriers. We welcome feedback from users with disabilities and use it to guide improvements. We also conduct periodic accessibility audits and remediation.
4. Reporting an Accessibility Barrier
If you encounter an accessibility barrier on the Website, please contact us at care@praunty.com with a description of the issue, the page URL, and the assistive technology you are using. We will work to provide an accessible alternative or fix the barrier. We aim to respond to accessibility feedback within 5 business days.
5. Third-Party Content
Some content on the Website is provided by third parties (such as product images, payment widgets, and courier tracking). While we strive to ensure all content is accessible, we cannot guarantee the accessibility of third-party-controlled content.
